Imagine stepping up to a clean, well-organized line, scanning the day’s work orders, and setting a plan. You dial in the 475 machine, verify each step against the JSA, and start a smooth run that meets customer specs for surface protection products. That’s your win—every shift.

Your mission

• Own production from order to finished goods, ensuring outputs match specifications.
• Operate the 475 line with discipline, following written JSAs and defined manufacturing methods.
• Monitor quality and cleanliness continuously; act fast if anything’s off.
• Escalate material or process nonconformances to your supervisor immediately.
• Document production numbers and all QA activities with precision.
• Mix adhesives, release coatings, and inks to formula.
• Set plates and mount them onto shafts to prepare each job.
• Handle materials and support overall production flow.
• Keep the area safe and orderly through strong housekeeping habits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a machine operator in manufacturing; experience in coating, slitting, laminating, or related converting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Follows direction well; comfortable working solo and collaborating with teammates.
• Consistent work record with a self-starter mentality and desire to excel.
• Proficient in machine setups for production runs.

What you can expect

• 1st shift: 7am–3pm at $19/hr
• 2nd shift: 3pm–11pm at $20.50/hr
• Monday–Friday cadence
• Temp-to-hire pathway

Machine Operator Requirements:

• Must pass a drug test and background check
