A day in the life
From your first rack of the morning to your last quality check before clocking out, you’ll move parts through established processes and make sure every detail meets spec. You’ll:
- Rack components safely and precisely, following documented procedures and specifications.
- Read and follow written and verbal instructions; apply basic math to counts, measures, and timing.
- Continuously check product quality on the rack and promptly escalate any defects or issues to your supervisor.
- Keep your station clean and organized while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Work side-by-side with your team to hit production goals and streamline workflow.
What you’ll bring
- Experience with plating, metal finishing, or chemical manufacturing is strongly encouraged.
- Manufacturing or warehouse background preferred, but not required.
- Consistent ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Sharp attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
- Comfort working in humid/hot conditions and around chemical odors; you must not be allergic or sensitive to chemicals.
- Proficiency with machine building/assembling is a plus.

We’re hiring for multiple positions: Platers, Packers, Maskers, Rackers, Anodizer & 2nd shift Inspector.
Schedule & pay
- Schedule: 1st shift 6am-4:30pm M-F and alternating Saturdays 6am-11am
- Pay: $18.00-$21hr, depending on position and experience
This is a full time, temp-hire opportunity.
