Role snapshot
- Operate, set up, and support automated assembly cells and metal stamping presses.
- Use precision instruments to verify tolerances; perform in-process inspection and final packaging.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with minor repairs and adjustments.

- Auto Assembly Machine Operators — 2nd shift
- Press Operators — 3rd shift
- 12-hour day schedules are also available.
Training and schedule
- Training: 1st shift for all production roles, 6:00am–2:30pm for 90 days
- 2nd shift: 2:00pm–10:30pm
- 3rd shift: 10:00pm–6:30am
Compensation
$24–$25 per hour
Experience that stands out
- Previous manufacturing or machine-industry background (preferred)
- Familiarity with: machine operation, set-up, mechanical repair, precision measurement and tolerances, assembly, packaging, and/or inspection
- Proficiency in: mechanical troubleshooting; metal stamping and forming (progressive die)
Compliance
Must take a math/mechanical test prior and be able to pass a drug test/alcohol swab and background check.
