We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Home Care Staffing,HR and Intake Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Lead the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent for home care positions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates through social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, and external recruiting channels to ensure a robust talent pipeline
- Coordinate intake assessments with clients to understand their specific needs and match them with suitable caregivers
- Oversee employee orientation, onboarding, and ongoing training & development programs to ensure compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards
- Conduct employee evaluations, employee relations activities, and succession planning to support staff retention and growth
- Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as HR legal compliance and HR systems standards while managing staffing records accurately
- Process Payroll weekly every monday
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR sourcing within a high-volume environment
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for candidate sourcing, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with HR systems like Paychex
- Knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and labor regulations relevant to healthcare staffing
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, and external recruiting strategies is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams while fostering positive relationships with caregivers, clients, and internal staff
- Payroll processing on Paychex app.
