What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and explain issues in a way customers understand.
- Travel to job sites in a company vehicle and complete service calls efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Document work, generate invoices, and offer solutions to improve home comfort.
What You Need:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3 years of residential HVAC experience & EPA certification.
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- A customer-first attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort working in various conditions (attics, crawlspaces, extreme temps).
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
