What You’ll Do:
- Lead residential install crews and ensure every job is done right, on time, and to spec.
- Install HVAC systems including condensers, coils, furnaces, air handlers, mini splits, thermostats, and more.
- Work in crawlspaces, attics, and rooftops—no two days are the same.
- Oversee ductwork installation and ensure proper sealing, airflow, and system performance.
- Train and mentor Installer Helpers, building the next generation of pros.
- Handle refrigerants, wiring, zoning systems, and smart home integrations.
- Keep your van organized, tools sharp, and paperwork in check.
- Ensure safety protocols and quality control standards are met every time.
What You Need:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 5 years of hands-on HVAC install experience (residential preferred).
- Proven leadership skills—you know how to take charge and teach others.
- EPA Certification (NATE preferred).
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and follow install specs.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tough environments.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- A team-player mindset with a commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
