We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to join our healthcare team in Rome, GA. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and clinical expertise during weekend shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities during weekend shifts.
- Provide direct patient care as needed, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.
- Monitor patient care quality and safety, addressing any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication and patient care planning.
- Manage staffing assignments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and staff development.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a weekend shift capacity.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.

Shift Availability
- Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm
