Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for the 2nd shift in Rome, GA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our patients, assisting with daily living activities and supporting the nursing staff to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate and respectful care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Assist with patient mobility and transfers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of Georgia.
• Previous experience as a CNA preferred, especially on the 2nd shift.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Shift Details

This position is for the 2nd shift, typically covering afternoon to evening hours. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed is required.
