Repair Coordinator

Reliable Equipment in Warminster is looking for a full-time Repair Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Build a relationship with customers through friendly, engaging communication and excellent customer service.
• Responsible for pricing repairs that come though the repair office (in excess of 1,000) for estimating.
• Identify tools, find cost for repair, determine if repair can be done in-house or through an outside vendor.
• Research where tools need to be serviced, that are not made by Reliable.
• Assign repairs to technicians during the absence of the floor supervisor.
• Find solutions to daily issues that arise and communicate with floor supervisor.
• Assist the repair staff in receiving tools for repairs when needed.
• Assist the Logistics department in resolving any issues that may arise during a shipment, (i.e. Verification of shipping charges).
• Address, resolve and update customers, sales team, and other departments with questions regarding repairs in a timely manner.
• Confirm tools are being shipped out or scrapped in a timely manner.
• Perform re-bill procedure to ensure proper credit or information is applied to any given customer account as required.
• Obtain authorization for customer repairs.
• Work with Accounts Payable and receiving to resolve any repair paperwork.
• Confirm with the Parts department that orders have been placed and remain active.
• Field technical calls and direct them to the proper technician for any issues or updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as telephone manner.
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with tools is preferred but not required.

This is an hourly position, hours are M-F 8-4:30pm. Overtime as needed.
