No floor care experience is necessary. We provide paid, hands-on training that teaches you the specialized skills needed to build a long-term career in commercial floor care.

What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Floor Technician, you'll learn to perform professional commercial floor care services, including:
- Hard floor scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and refinishing
- Burnishing and floor polishing
- Carpet cleaning and extraction
- Tile and grout cleaning
- Commercial janitorial floor maintenance
- Operation of professional floor machines and equipment
- Safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
You'll work alongside experienced technicians until you're ready to perform jobs independently.
No Experience? That's Okay.
We're not looking for experienced Floor Technicians—we're looking for people with the right attitude.
We'll teach you technical skills. You bring the work ethic.
What We're Looking For
- No floor care or janitorial experience required

- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical work, including bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods
