Hiring janitorial / general cleaners for a team in Avilla, IN to perform the following duties and more...
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, floors, dusting, emptying trashes, base boards, counters, break rooms, and restroom cleaning
- Stocking and re-stocking supplies
- Maintain supply inventory, communicate when more supplies are needed
- Additional tasks as needed
- Open communication with Area Managers and office staff regarding any concerns, supply ordering, complaints, etc.
Requirements:
- Must pass criminal background check (Acceptable criminal background, no theft)
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs routinely 4 hours (each shift).
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, squat, push and pull for 4 hours (each shift).
- Can-Do attitude
- Willingness and desire to learn new and more efficient cleaning processes, this may include learning about and being trained on new types of equipment or different cleaning methods, etc).
- Be proactive
- Enjoys moving around and physical activity
- Passion for cleaning
- Monday - Friday from 5:30pm - 10:30pm
