Job Summary
This is an entry-level position perfect for college students or individuals looking for flexible part-time work. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize the vehicle lot.
- Clean offices, customer areas, and workspaces.
- Mow and maintain dealership lawn and exterior appearance.
- Assist sales staff with various sales-related tasks.
- Support customer interactions on the lot and in the showroom.
- Run errands (e.g., pick up parts, drop off documents).
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors.
- Take high-quality photos of vehicles for marketing.
- Post vehicle listings to dealership website and platforms.
- Provide general support to both sales and service departments.
Qualifications
- No experience required—training provided.
- Must be dependable and able to follow directions.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Able to lift 25 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors in all weather.
- Must be 18 years or older.
