Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Equipment Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting binding machinery to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor binding equipment and machinery
• Ensure customer projects meet quality standards and production deadlines
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, defects, and consistency
• Load materials (paper, materials, etc.) and help manage supply levels
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Accurately complete production logs and reports

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience operating printing or industrial machinery preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
