Relentless Solar is hiring Solar Sales Setters and Closers! We are looking for motivated individuals who want to learn, grow, and earn based on their performance.
Earning Potential: $80,000–$200,000 Annually
Your income is performance-based, with no cap on commissions. Top performers have the opportunity to earn well beyond $200K.
EXPERIENCED CLOSERS — LEADS PROVIDED
Already experienced in solar sales and closing?
We provide leads to experienced closers, allowing you to focus on what you do best: presenting, closing, and earning.
No Solar Experience? No Problem!
Experience is NOT required. We will train you.
We provide training and guidance to help you learn:
- Solar sales fundamentals
- Lead generation and appointment setting
- Customer communication
- Presenting solar solutions
- Closing solar deals
- How to build and manage your sales pipeline
What We’re Looking For
- Motivated and driven individuals
- Strong communication skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Willingness to learn and be coached
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus
