About Us: Release Well-Being Center, Inc is a state-of-the-art spa and holistic wellness center in Westborough, MA. Our total wellness offerings include yoga, fitness, meditation, spa, wellness education, coaching and nourishing food.
We are looking for experienced cycle instructors to join our team of mindful experts and lead classes! Our Cycle Program offers the highest level of training and class experiences to our members and guests, while integrating mindfulness & holistic health in our programming.
Our cycle program is known for its energy, music, and motivational coaching and we’re looking to grow our team!
Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic, certified Cycle Instructor to lead high-energy, music-driven indoor cycling classes. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, understands how to motivate a room, and can create a safe and fun environment for all fitness levels.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging 45 minute cycle classes using music, rhythm, and resistance-based intervals
- Create dynamic playlists to match your class flow and energy
- Offer modifications and guidance to ensure a safe and inclusive experience
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before class to greet participants and set up
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space after class
- Build positive relationships with participants to foster community and retention
Qualifications:
- Current Indoor Cycling Certification (e.g., Schwinn, Stages, Mad Dogg, Les Mills, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous group fitness or cycle class teaching experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead with energy, positivity, and professionalism
