Indoor Cycling Instructor (Rhythm Based)

Synergy Cycle is looking for energetic, passionate Indoor Cycling Instructors to join our team!

We’re not looking for someone who simply knows how to ride a bike. We’re looking for a coach, motivator, entertainer, and community builder who can create an unforgettable experience every time they step on the podium.

What You'll Do

• Lead high-energy, music-driven indoor cycling classes.
• Create engaging playlists that bring your rides to life.
• Coach riders through challenging and fun workouts using resistance, cadence, intervals, choreography, and performance metrics.
• Motivate and connect with riders of all experience levels.
• Make first-time riders feel welcome and confident.
• Create an inclusive, positive environment where everyone feels like they belong.
• Bring your authentic personality and energy to every class.
• Build relationships with riders and contribute to the Synergy Cycle community.
• Participate in studio events, challenges, promotions, and team activities.
• Maintain a professional, safe, and welcoming studio environment.
• Actively post and engage with Synergy Cycle and riders on social media platforms.
• Continuously develop your skills by attending lead instructor led workshops.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Loves people, music, and fitness.
• Has an energetic, outgoing personality and isn't afraid to command a room.
• Is passionate about motivating others.
• Can create an experience—not just lead a workout.
• Is dependable, professional, coachable, and team-oriented.
• Understands that great coaching is about connection as much as it is about exercise.
• Is comfortable working with riders of different ages and fitness levels.
• Has availability for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.

Experience & Certifications

Previous rhythm based indoor cycling or group fitness experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.

Group fitness/cycling certification and CPR/AED certification are a plus.
