Senior Project Manager

• Lead project from initiation through delivery, ensuring all objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to sponsors and stakeholders effectively.

• Monitor financial forecasts, manage project budgets, and conduct ongoing reconciliation.

• Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and internal controls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple business units, with accountability for projects with a large team.
• Develop and deliver regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review.
• Apply industry best practices and methodologies to ensure project delivery excellence.

• 6 to 8 years of project management experience.
• College or university degree with relevant experience in business, preferably within the finance industry.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and approaches.
• Experience managing project and business risks, including interdependencies.
• Strong crisis and issue resolution skills.
• A seasoned professional with relevant education, experience, and industry understanding.

NICE TO HAVES
