OVERVIEW
In this role you will be the comprehensive subject matter expert in the technology products/platform feature space and apply, learn, and extend your skills beyond formal role boundaries. Having a desire to help achieve transformational healthcare improvement should serve as the inspiration behind the ideal candidate’s willingness to participate across many different activities within an agile working model.
- Duration: 6 months contract, not C2C eligible
- Location: Remote, but must reside in California
- Rate: $60/hr - $80/hr DOE
Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive operational excellence, including but not limited to Incident Management, process automation leveraging AI, and ensuring smooth deployments for your technology products/platform features.
- Provide analytical support and troubleshoot
- Perform comprehensive data analysis, profiling, and transformation to uncover insights and support decision-making.
- Conduct gap and impact analysis for medium to large assignments involving multiple data sources.
- Create source-to-target mappings, document data lineage, and capture business/technical metadata.
- Present findings and recommendations through ad hoc research and live demonstrations.
- Collaborate with business SMEs, architects, and development teams to align data design with business strategy.
- Configure, develop scripts, queries, and reports; test and troubleshoot system/application issues.
- Support DevOps activities across multiple product teams and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Assist in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases; act as proxy Product Manager/Scrum Master when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science statistics, or mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience), with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise application support and cloud-based solution delivery.
- Healthcare domain knowledge strongly preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL and querying large, complex datasets.
- Proficiency with relational/columnar databases such as Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Redshift, etc.
- Strong technical understanding of data modeling (data vault 2.0), data mining, master data management, warehousing, data integration, data architecture, data virtualization, data warehousing and data quality techniques.
- Hands on experience using data management technologies like Collibra, Master Data Management and DBT Cloud.
- Experience with cloud architecture (preferably Azure).
- Experienced in Snowflake or Databricks.
Proven ability to collaborate with vendor partners and cross-functional teams for end-to-end technical delivery. - Skilled in problem-solving, process flow, and prioritization with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows, Atlassian tools, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of architectural design standards, security policies, and sustainable design principles.
- Ability to leverage AI for process automation, data analysis, and operational efficiency.
- Prior experience in cloud-based projects
