The Senior Director of Project & Product Management (PMO) is a leadership role responsible for orchestrating the successful delivery of a large, visible, and complex portfolio of technology and business initiatives. This role integrates project management, product management, business analysis, UX research, and UX design to deliver technology solutions at scale.
This leader will set direction, establish standards, and lead from the front; bringing clarity, accountability, and momentum to cross-functional teams while maintaining strong executive and stakeholder alignment. The role requires a highly visible presence, comfort engaging with senior leaders, and the ability to confidently manage loud, diverse, and sometimes competing stakeholder interests.
Flexible for local candidates or relocation. $10k relocation package provided as part of compensation package.
Hybrid: 3 days onsite weekly - more expected in the first 3-6 months to build relationships with stakeholders
Portfolio Leadership & Execution

Lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of technology and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and priorities.

Implement and maintain portfolio health reviews, standardized delivery processes, and clear performance metrics.

Executive & Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as a visible, trusted partner to senior executives.
