Scanning/Preparing/Storage:
- Prepare sensitive documents for scanning.
- Reconstruct files in an organized and precise manner.
- Scan documents using Kodak scanners into a secure file system.
- Review imaged documents, verifying the image quality meets the requirements outlined in that contract and correct image quality as required.
- Understand image quality and identify issues throughout the process for correction.
- Maintain storage of documents for various customers.
- Perform all contracted tasks in a timely manner.
Confidentiality:
- Process potentially graphic and confidential documents.
Communication:
- Communicate efficiently with Supervisor and coworkers regarding job tasks.Maintain appropriate conversations surrounding contracted work and uphold the highest standard of confidentiality per the contract requirements and/or Relay policy.
Problem Solving:
- Support work environment in multiples tasks and handle work related issues that arise.Keeps Supervisor informed of all issues pertaining to customer jobs and workflow maintenance.
