We are a Nashville-based screen printing production company specializing in high-quality merchandise for the music and entertainment industry, and we're looking for someone who wants to learn the craft, become part of a strong production team, and grow with us.

Screen printing experience is not required. If you're new to the industry but have the work ethic, curiosity, and desire to learn, we're willing to train you from the ground up. If you already have screen printing experience, we want to hear from you too—especially if you love the craft and are looking for an opportunity to take your skills further.

How You Start & Grow

Most people who join our production team begin by learning the fundamentals through roles such as catching or quality control. Those positions are an important part of our process. They allow you to learn how our shop operates while giving us an opportunity to see the things we care about most: reliability, consistency, attention to detail, quality, teamwork, and willingness to learn. As you demonstrate those qualities, we'll continue teaching you and look for opportunities to expand your responsibilities based on your strengths and the needs of the team. That can eventually include areas such as: Screens → Ink → Press Setup → Registration → Automatic Press Operation → Specialty Printing → Advanced Simulated Process. There isn't an automatic timeline for advancement.You earn opportunities by showing us what you can do.

Have Screen Printing Experience? Previous experience can absolutely give you a head start—but we're looking for more than someone who simply knows how to run a press. We've spent years developing the way our team approaches setups, registration, quality, efficiency, troubleshooting, and production. Consistency across the shop matters to us. If you have experience, we'll want to see what you know. You may work alongside one of our experienced press operators where you can demonstrate your skills while learning our production methods and standards. We value experience, but we value coachability just as much. We want people who are willing to learn our system, understand why we do things the way we do, and become part of the team. And we're always improving ourselves. Once you understand our process, we want people who can grow with us and eventually help us get even better.

The Equipment You'll Work Around

This is a professional production environment built to handle high-quality, multi-color screen printing.Our equipment includes:

• 16-Color M&R Gauntlet III Automatic Press
• 14-Color M&R Cobra Automatic Press
• 10-Color M&R Cobra Automatic Press
• KIWO Laser Exposure System
• Automatic Screen Cleaning System
• DM4 Automatic Ink Mixing Machine
• Automated Label Printing Equipment

Whether you're starting from scratch or coming in with experience, you'll have the opportunity to learn how a modern screen printing operation works from beginning to end.

The Environment

This is a production shop—not an office job. You'll be on your feet, moving, learning, solving problems, and working with a team to produce merchandise that eventually ends up in the hands of music fans across the country. We work hard. We care about quality. We care about efficiency. And we care about how we work together. We're looking for someone who wants to become part of that.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Full-Time

Experience: No screen printing experience required. Previous screen printing or production experience is a plus, but reliability, work ethic, coachability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are what matter most.

Pay: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
