Starting Salary (with little experience): $20.00/hour plus a monthly allowance to go towards purchasing health insurance. If you already know how to operate an automatic press, hourly pay rate will be increased based on experience. (Show us your skills and we will gladly pay you more.)
M Printing is seeking an automatic screen press operator for printing t-shirts and apparel. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and organized with a STRONG attention to detail and quality control. Candidate must be able to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment. There is opportunity for advancement in the company for the right person. We are looking for someone who wants to push themselves to be the best at what they do. At M Printing, we strive to be excellent, not average.
Some screen printing experience is a MUST. Candidate must be able to set up jobs and load shirts on day one.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and run jobs on a M&R automatic press with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Mix inks
- Ensure accuracy of work orders and report any discrepancies immediately
Required Skills:
- MUST have an eye for detail to ensure printing accuracy
- MUST be a problem solver and think outside of the box
- MUST be reliable and show up to work on time, every day
- Must be able to stand for the full workday
-Must be able to work in heat (the shop gets HOT in the summer)
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Must have driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must have strong work ethic, be a team player, be coachable, and honest
- Must be able to communicate well with others
- Must be able to legally work in the United States

Hours: Monday-Thursday 6:30AM-4:30PM - 30 min lunch (closed on Fridays and weekends)
Paid Holidays & Vacation:
- 80 hours paid vacation time (2 work weeks) plus we are closed for the week between Christmas and New Years day. We will also be closed on most standard holidays.
*some overtime may be available and at times, may be required based on work load
