Role Overview:
Provide individual counseling (with the option to lead groups), complete assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with a team committed to holistic care.
Ideal Candidate:
- Compassionate, professional, and self-motivated
- Skilled in working independently and as part of a team
- Experienced in supporting clients with diverse mental health needs
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Active Maryland license (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, or CMFT)
- Valid driver’s license and background check clearance
