Apartment Maintenance Technician

Compensation

• $20.00-$22.00 / hour

What You’ll Be Doing As a Maintenance Technician

• Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape
• Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property’s systems in good working order
• Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame.
• Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor.
• Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections.
  
  
  

Qualifications

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have at least 1 year of maintenance/facilities experience with affordable housing experience preferred
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM and on-call every other week (required)
• You’re able to work our emergency on-call rotation as needed and can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.
