- $20.00-$22.00 / hour

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
- Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape
- Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property’s systems in good working order
- Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame.
- Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor.
- Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections.
Qualifications:
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You have at least 1 year of maintenance/facilities experience with affordable housing experience preferred
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM and on-call every other week (required)
- You’re able to work our emergency on-call rotation as needed and can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.
