Job Description
- Work with one of the larger Salesforce implementations, applying your expertise in developing high-quality solutions and your passion for learning and adopting new technologies.
- Interface directly with business users and enterprise BSAs to understand business requirements, define solution architecture, create technical specifications, design, develop, and implement solutions focused on the Salesforce platform.
- Apply open communication and a collaborative style while leading by example—being customer-centric, service-minded, and able to interact with end-users, executives, analysts, and technical colleagues to create consensus and clear strategy where appropriate.
- Drive design and solution architecture for projects and production support, collaborating closely with Business SMEs.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with coding, technical design, and process/workflow design.
- Proven experience customizing Salesforce using Apex, Lightning, REST, JavaScript, CSS, and UX design.
- Must have Salesforce Steelbrick CPQ implementation experience for medium to large enterprises.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions and the ability to articulate these solutions effectively.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, quickly learn new skills, and propose innovative solutions to unfamiliar problems.
- Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving ability, and excellent time management skills.
- Strong understanding of current Salesforce technology trends with the ability to assess and recommend improvements to processes, designs, and operations.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD); architecture experience is preferred.
