We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, equipment operation, and order fulfillment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining safe and efficient warehouse operations.

What You'll Do
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing products
- Receive, stock, pick, fulfill, and count inventory
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization
- Operate pumps, motors, and related equipment as needed
- Maintain company equipment and report maintenance concerns
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform additional warehouse duties and projects as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Minimum of 6 months of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Stable employment history
- Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and in varying weather conditions as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory control systems, handheld scanners, or electronic order management systems
- Experience with oil and fuel filtration or dehydration systems
- Experience working with pumps, motors, and filtration equipment
