TITLE: Warehouse Inventory Associate
LOCATION: Houston, TX
POSITION REPORTS TO: Distribution Center Manager, Operations
SCHEDULE: Hours TBD by manager. Nights, weekends and overtime periodically.

Responsibilities
- Perform physical inventory cycle counts
- Responsible for validating incoming goods and recording documentation
- Inspect, verify, and organize stock throughout the warehouse
- Keep data integrity organized and updated
- Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with established safety procedures and practices
- Investigate cycle count variances and resolve issues
- Responsible for recording and tracking all documents relating to the physical inventories
- Report on variances and their root causes, focusing on process improvement
- Responsible for tank inventory and yard trailer inventory; daily reconciliation
- Data entry; manual inventory counts into SAP
- Communicate with terminals, hubs, supply chain and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Analyze and record gains, losses
- Provide support for yearly audit
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
- Must have warehouse inventory related experience
- Must be local (live within 60 miles)
- Advanced mathematical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including spelling and grammar
- Valid driver’s license, and a good driving record
- Courteous and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift heavy objects (minimum 15 lbs.)
- Must be able to work overtime, nights, weekends
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
- SAP Experience
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry
- 1 year inventory experience
