About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join a well-established precision manufacturing facility in the Santa Ana location. This role is ideal for a machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality, tight-tolerance parts in a fast-paced aerospace/precision environment.
This position involves setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce precision machined parts.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision machined parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T
- Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Make tool offsets and adjustments to maintain part quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications:
- 3 years of CNC lathe machining experience
Required Skills:
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Experience machining tight-tolerance parts
- Familiarity with aerospace or precision manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
Pay range and compensation package:
