We are hiring a Field Service Technician with hands-on experience in copier/printer repair, mechanical troubleshooting, and customer support. This is a field-based role where you will install, maintain, and repair office equipment at client locations.
What You’ll Do
- Install and configure copiers, printers, office equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical & electrical issues
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Handle service calls and resolve issues quickly
- Provide on-site customer support and training
- Maintain service reports, parts usage, documentation
- Travel locally to customer sites daily
Must-Have Skills
- Experience as Field Service Technician / Equipment Technician
- Hands-on with copiers, printers, or office equipment
- Strong troubleshooting & diagnostics skills
- Knowledge of mechanical basic electrical systems
- Basic computer/networking knowledge
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Xerox / Canon / Ricoh / Konica Minolta
- Background in electromechanical repair
- Familiar with network printers / connectivity issues
- Technical certification (Electronics / Mechanical)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
