As Store Manager, you'll lead every aspect of boutique operations while delivering an elevated customer experience.
Drive Sales & Community Engagement:
- Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and personal styling.
- Develop local partnerships and host community events, Girls' Night Out experiences, trunk shows, and charitable initiatives.
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for continued growth.
Deliver a Luxury Customer Experience:
- Create a welcoming, inspiring shopping environment.
