Position Overview:
This is a part-time opportunity with potential for growth as the Rochester clinic develops. We’re looking for an experienced, confident provider who is passionate about aesthetics and ready to take on a leadership role within a supportive and innovative practice.

Responsibilities:
- Perform aesthetic treatments including cosmetic injectables (Botox, fillers), laser services, microneedling, and other medical-grade treatments
- Conduct consultations and develop personalized treatment plans for clients
- Supervise estheticians and assist in overseeing clinical operations
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using electronic systems
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing education
- Promote services through patient education and social media engagement
- Report directly to the Director of Medical Aesthetics
- Ensure an outstanding patient experience at every visit
Qualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner with an active, unrestricted NYS license
- 2 years of experience with cosmetic injectables strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and lead a clinical team
- Comfortable with electronic health records and digital communication tools
- Must be willing to travel to our Syracuse location for initial training (travel expenses covered)
Additional Information:
- Part-time position with opportunity to expand hours as the clinic grows
- Daytime hours only (Monday–Friday; occasional Saturdays as needed)
- No nights or major holidays
- Performance-based bonuses available
- Ongoing training provided and paid for by employer
