The Role

We're looking for a Full-Time Aesthetic Registered Nurse / Nurse Injector who is clinically strong, warm with patients, detail-obsessed, and excited to grow in aesthetics. This is not a traditional nursing role. You are a clinical provider, treatment educator, brand representative, and relationship builder for every patient who trusts Drips Spa with their care.

The primary focus of this position is aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxin, dermal filler, biostimulants, injectable treatments, microneedling, and skin rejuvenation services. Weight loss and wellness services are a secondary responsibility to support patient overflow and clinic needs.

You'll help patients understand their options, feel comfortable in the treatment room, and receive a luxury-level experience from consultation through follow-up. The right person for this role values safety, natural results, clear communication, and long-term patient relationships.

Aesthetic Nurse Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

• Perform aesthetic consultations and assist in developing personalized treatment plans based on patient goals, anatomy, safety, and provider guidance
• Administer neurotoxin treatments, including Botox/Dysport or similar neuromodulators, under appropriate protocols and supervision
• Perform dermal filler and biostimulant treatments, including services such as Sculptra and Radiesse, based on training, competency, and provider approval
• Perform microneedling and skin rejuvenation treatments, including treatment preparation, patient education, post-care instructions, and follow-up support
• Assess concerns related to facial balancing, volume loss, fine lines, wrinkles, skin quality, laxity, and overall rejuvenation
• Review consents, allergies, contraindications, medical history, medications, and patient expectations before treatment
• Take and upload appropriate before-and-after photos according to Drips Spa protocol
• Document all treatments accurately and completely in the EMR system (Aesthetic Record)
• Recognize, escalate, and assist in managing complications or adverse reactions appropriately
• Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, equipment, medication handling, and infection-control standards
• Support medical weight loss and wellness services as needed, including GLP-1 education, progress check-ins, IM/SQ injections, and IV therapy based on training and competency
• Represent Drips Spa's brand values in every single interaction — empowerment, expertise, and transformation

Aesthetic Nurse Qualifications (Who You Are)

• You have an active Registered Nurse license in New York State and current American Heart Association BLS certification
• You have 2 years of registered nurse experience preferred, with medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, emergency, urgent care, or med-surg experience a plus
• You have aesthetic injectable experience preferred — or you are highly motivated to complete training, demonstrate competency, and grow in a structured aesthetic role
• You understand that safety, anatomy, contraindications, documentation, and professional boundaries are non-negotiable
• You are comfortable educating patients without being pushy — you help patients understand the value and let the treatment plan do the work
• You stay calm when it is busy, take ownership of problems, and know when to escalate clinical concerns
• You are detail-oriented — missed consents, incomplete charting, missing photos, and unclear follow-up plans are not things you let slip
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can build rapport with patients quickly
• You are polished, professional, reliable, and excited to be part of a luxury aesthetic and wellness environment
• You are comfortable using computers, EMR systems, and contemporary software applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury service environment
• Experience with neurotoxin, dermal filler, biostimulants, microneedling, skin rejuvenation, or facial balancing treatments
• Familiarity with Aesthetic Record or similar EMR/practice management software
• Comfort with IV insertion, IM injections, SQ injections, wellness services, and medical weight loss support
• Strong interest in ongoing education, new products, advanced techniques, and long-term growth within Drips Spa

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position, Tuesday through Saturday; availability on Saturdays is required
• Hours may vary based on patient demand, training, and clinic scheduling needs
• $38–$55/hr based on experience, with growth opportunities, paid training, employee discounts, and performance-based bonus/commission opportunities.
