Position Summary: The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and building strong relationships with prospective clients. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
· Identify decision-makers and build relationships with key stakeholders.
· Maintain and manage accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
· Attend industry events and conferences to network and identify new business opportunities.
· Provide timely feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
· Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion goals.
· Other duties as assigned.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
· Number of outbound calls/emails per day/week.
· Number of qualified leads generated per month.
· Conversion rate from lead to opportunity.
· Number of meetings/demo appointments scheduled with prospects.
· Contribution to overall sales pipeline growth.
· Timely and accurate CRM updates and reporting.
· Achievement of monthly/quarterly targets for new business development.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
· 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
· Preferred experience calling on medical offices such as urgent care, primary care physicians, attorneys, orthopedics, hospital ERs, etc.
· Must have a clean driving record.
· Proven ability to generate leads and drive business growth.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
· Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage leads.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
