RejuvenX is hiring a Float Chiropractic Assistant to support our clinics in Naples, Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, and Venice.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working across multiple locations, and has hands-on experience supporting chiropractic care in a busy clinic setting.
As a Float CA, you will work directly with chiropractors and care teams across the Southwest region, supporting both patient care and clinic flow. You’ll help patients feel informed, supported, and cared for while stepping in where needed to keep operations moving smoothly.
Important: We are specifically seeking someone with at least 1 year of recent experience working in a chiropractic office as a Chiropractic Assistant. Candidates without direct chiropractic office experience may not be considered for this role.
What You’ll Do
- Support the chiropractor with patient intake, detailed history collection, and EMR documentation
- Take X-rays as ordered and maintain a clean, organized, and ready-to-use X-ray room
- Perform re-exams, document findings, and communicate patient updates to the provider
- Educate patients on treatment plans and help reinforce provider instructions during the visit
- Assist with patient flow to keep the clinic running smoothly and on schedule
- Learn and support in-office DME fitting, dispensing, and patient education
- Help with phones, scheduling, and light front desk support as needed
- Manage inventory, order supplies, restock items, and keep storage areas organized
- Travel between assigned Southwest clinic locations based on business need
- Adapt quickly to different providers, teams, and clinic workflows while maintaining a consistent patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a chiropractic office
- Prior experience as a Chiropractic Assistant is required
- Strong comfort level working directly with patients in a high-volume clinic setting
- Experience with chiropractic patient intake, documentation, re-exams, and treatment flow
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask without losing accuracy
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with patients and providers
- Reliable, organized, and able to move with urgency in a busy clinic
- Comfortable traveling between locations and adjusting to varying clinic needs
- Spanish speaking preferred or required, depending on clinic need
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of Chiropractic Assistant experience in a chiropractic office required
- Experience taking X-rays and supporting chiropractic treatment flow strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Hours may vary Monday through Saturday based on clinic coverage and business need.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

- Must be able to read screens and printed materials and communicate clearly in person and by phone
