We’re looking for a full-time Chiropractic Secretary and Wellness Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first friendly face our patients see, helping create a warm, professional, top-notch service, and family-focused environment from the moment they walk in.

What You’ll Do
- Greet patients with a smile and create a welcoming, positive environment
- Manage check-ins, scheduling, and phone calls
- Support patients in their care journey with kindness, professionalism, and organization
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently

Pay & Perks
- Starting Pay: $35,000 (based on experience)
- Paid holidays
- 4 day work week (M-Th 7:40AM-12PM, 1:45PM-6PM)
- Accrued PTO (paid time off)
