Position Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator / Receptionist who is:

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and create a welcoming, high-end experience from the moment they walk in
- Manage booking systems, appointments, and schedule flow
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into booked appointments
- Handle payments, memberships, and retail transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
- Communicate clearly with therapists and staff to keep operations running smoothly
- Uphold all spa policies, including scheduling, cancellations, and client experience standards
