Job Summary
The Reitz Union Hotel is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented 1 Full Time and 1 Part Time Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations while accurately balancing all hotel income and expenses for the 24‑hour operating period. This position requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours.
Must be available to work weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately balance all room revenue, food and beverage revenue, and hotel expenses
- Balance room, tax charges, shift work, and cash drawers
- Perform all Guest Service Agent (GSA) functions as required
- May perform duties associated with Night Manager responsibilities
- Post charges to guest accounts and process guest payments
- Sell and upsell rooms to walk‑in guests
- Maintain daily logs and complete audit reports
- Anticipate, listen to, and resolve guest complaints professionally
- Use established greetings when answering phones or interacting with guests
- Promote, explain, and enroll guests in loyalty programs when applicable
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of hotel audit experience preferred
- Fluent in English (reading and writing required)
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion while working independently
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows‑based programs
- Ability to operate basic office equipment including copier, fax, printer, and scanner
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Primarily indoor work at the front desk and office areas
- Frequent use of computers, telephone systems, and office equipment
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and perform light lifting as required
- Physical mobility and stamina required to perform essential job duties

Job Summary
The Reitz Union Hotel is seeking experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisors to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environment throughout the hotel. This role supervises the work activities of housekeepers and housemen while supporting operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and appearance standards
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily for cleanliness, organization, and wear
- Report maintenance issues promptly to appropriate supervisors or the maintenance team
- Work closely with Engineering and Front Office on out‑of‑order rooms and room status
- Assist with department training, scheduling, supervision, and performance monitoring
- Ensure lost and found items are reported, stored, or mailed according to procedures
- Support housekeeping operations by servicing guest rooms when needed, including “over” rooms
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of housekeeping experience required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Second language desirable
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Work performed throughout the entire hotel
- Frequent use of housekeeping equipment including carts, vacuums, mops, and cleaning tools
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, push, pull, and lift as required
- Physical mobility and stamina required to perform essential job duties
