We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee general ledger operations, manage month-end/year-end closing processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes; prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, prepare journal entries, and maintain the general ledger.
- Perform financial variance analysis against budgets and support internal/external audits.
- Enforce internal controls, support tax filings, and optimize accounting workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Advanced MS Excel, experience with ERP software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks), and strong GAAP knowledge.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
