Building Maintenance Technician (3 Openings)
Pay: $22/hour

We are seeking three reliable Building Maintenance Technicians to support a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established organization offering consistent, long-term work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general carpentry)
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct property inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain clean, safe, and functional building environments
Qualifications:
- Prior building maintenance or facilities experience required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Requirements:
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening (including marijuana)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
