Position Description:
This position requires TSCM certification with experience of TEMPEST assessments
- Develop, implement, and maintain TSCM programs and capabilities
- Conduct physical/technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation
- Conduct Technical Surveillance Countermeasures inspections
- Conduct TEMPEST surveys/assessments and recommend mitigations
- Conduct acoustic testing to determine ICD 705 waiver requirements
- Research and development of policy and instruction at Agency and ICD level
- Evaluate and recommend medical device approval or mitigation strategy
- Conduct radio frequency direction finding mission to identify unauthorized transmitting devices
- Provide technical security SME input to designated IC working groups
- Develop and dissemination of workforce education for CI and Sec
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- BA degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years working with or in the IC
- TSCM Certified with experience of TEMPEST assessments
- Expert level of knowledge of Radio Frequencies, direction finding procedures, wireless communications, and general TSCM procedures and processes
- General knowledge of counterintelligence investigations, insider threat operations, physical security and anti-terrorism requirements, cyber security, digital forensic and IT infrastructure
