Senior Multi-INT Collection Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Multi-INT Collection Manager to support intelligence collection planning, requirements management, and collection operations in support of Cybercom missions. This role is responsible for developing and refining collection strategies, synchronizing intelligence requirements across multiple collection disciplines, and ensuring intelligence collection efforts align with operational priorities.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in intelligence collection management, cyber operations, and intelligence community processes, with the ability to provide expert recommendations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and refine intelligence collection requirements and collection strategies supporting CCMD operations.
• Coordinate and synchronize collection activities across multiple intelligence disciplines.
• Develop and maintain collection plans that support intelligence priorities and operational objectives.
• Utilize intelligence collection management systems and databases to track and manage requirements.
• Collaborate across the Intelligence Community to ensure effective collection planning and execution.
• Provide subject matter expertise and time-sensitive recommendations to leadership.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvements and mission success.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree plus 8 years of intelligence analysis experience.
• 4 years of recent intelligence collection management experience.
• Experience with collection management tools and databases such as CHROME, NSRP, OSCAR-MS, and GIMS.
• Knowledge of multiple intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, IMINT, MASINT, OSINT, CI, and TECHINT.
• Understanding of Combatant Command (CCMD) organizations, mission structure, and command relationships.
• Knowledge of cyber operations, cyber threat actors, and emerging technologies.
• Experience using Intelligence Community tools, databases, and analytic methodologies.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with current Polygraph (required).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Combatant Commands or component organizations as a Collection Manager.
• Experience providing intelligence support to cyber operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience briefing senior leadership.
• Master's degree.
• Completion of a DoD or Intelligence Community Collection Management course.
