All Source Cybersecurity Analyst

• Perform all source analysis to interpret, forecast, and explain a range of regional or functional cyber security issues
• Provide analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements
• Researches, evaluates and deconflicts reporting, technical intrusion information, other agency all source finished intelligence, open-source information, and other relevant data
• Monitor threat activities to develop specific cyber indicators and changes in tactics, techniques, and procedures
• Establish and maintain communications with counterparts in the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense to collaborate on analysis and identify changes in the environment
• Maintain awareness of events occurring both within the U.S. government systems and internationally
• Develop and present in-depth briefings and presentations related to assigned area of responsibility
• Assist in the production, editing, publishing and dissemination of clear, concise, timely and relevant cyber analytic products
• Provide support to meetings related to assigned area of responsibility
• Support joint intelligence preparation of the operational environment cyber operations
• Provide scenario development support to cyber related exercises

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• TS/SCI
• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the job description
• BA or BS degree
• DoD 8570 Compliant Certification (IAT Level 1 or IAM Level 1) -a minimum 2 years education of computer science/engineering, software design/engineering from an accredited college or university would substitute for the certificate completion requirement
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and understanding of the position as described in the position description
• Understanding of USCYBERCOM and subordinate organizations’ structure, role, and command relationship
• Ability to work independently and with minimum oversight
• Ability to communicate understanding from information that maybe incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated and/or technically advanced
• Proven track record at planning, leading, and completing complex projects
• Demonstrated knowledge of the IC’s structure and IC member organizations’ roles and capabilities
• Experience with Tripwire Analytic Capability, Palantir, MIDB, CyberCOP, Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, Automated Message Handling System, WISE, FoxTrail, CENTAUR, Pathfinder
