Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:To maintain verbal and written communications with assigned customers. Provide accurate information for quoting and contract review. Resolve discrepancies prior to accepting customer contracts and keep all necessary parties informed of amendments. To collect and prepare documents for daily shipments as required. Must be knowledgeable and follow Reiss' Quality System standard, safety, personnel policies, and housekeeping as applies to job function.
Essential Functions:
- Provide thorough and accurate information for quotations
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Receive customer complaints, log information, check for open orders on product, check for stock and request sample as necessary
- Process proper paper work through computer for customer shipments
- Log all verbal communications
- Perform other duties and handle special projects from time to time as assigned by the inside supervisor
- Must be able to work independently following training period
- Must be willing to provide exceptional customer service
Must possess the ability to work with others in a team environment, the ability to accept direction from superiors, the ability to follow work rules and procedure, and the ability to accept constructive criticism. Exemplary attendance is our expectation. Must possess a high school diploma or an equivalent.
