We are seeking an Administrative Office Assistant to join our team! We are a local CPA firm located in Wyoming, Ohio in need of a part-time/flex-time office admin. Must be computer literate (Microsoft office applications & excel), detailed oriented and a self-starter.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Customer Interaction and appointment scheduling
- Data compilation, and use of various accounting and tax software
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Experience in Tax prep and bookkeeping (primarily QBO) would be a huge plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a self-starter
- Strong organizational skills
Salary : $15 - $20
