Candidates should live within a 1.5-hour commute of any major airport for easy access to our customers.

What You’ll Do
- Upon hire, you will enter the Reiser "FIRST" program that provides extensive training on our flagship product line(s).
- Install new packaging and processing machinery and perform routine maintenance and on-site repairs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues by applying your expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
- Spend approximately 70-90% of your time traveling within the Mid-Atlantic Region and east coast to visit food production facilities, helping customers optimize their equipment.
- Train customers in preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and effectively.
- Participate as necessary in new projects to install or improve the safety and performance of existing and new equipment
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.
- Food processing or packaging machinery experience is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable with 60-80% travel during the week – mostly on in the Mid-Atlantic by automobile or plane.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are an added bonus.
