We’re expanding our team of skilled professionals and looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer ready to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with precision and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute installations per project specs and industry standards
Measure and cut materials including ductwork, piping, and electrical components
Connect HVAC systems to existing infrastructure, ensuring safe and proper operation
Test systems, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and explaining system operations
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Accurately complete documentation including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory logs
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC vocational training preferred
Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and safety standards
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Proficient with hand and power tools used in HVAC installation
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
