We’re growing our team of skilled professionals and looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician ready to make an impact.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC system issues
Perform regular maintenance and tune-ups
Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components
Ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes
Work with ductwork, ventilation, and indoor air quality systems
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician
Strong diagnostic and repair skills in residential HVAC systems
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confident and decisive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Compensation
$80,000 – $150,000 annually Commission and supplemental pay opportunities
