What You’ll Do

• Dispatch technicians for residential service calls and installations
• Prioritize jobs based on urgency, skillset, and location
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates and expectations
• Coordinate emergency calls and allocate resources efficiently
• Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules in real time
• Maintain accurate service records to support smooth operations
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Dispatching, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Calm under pressure and detail‑oriented
• Experience with dispatching software; ServiceTitan is a plus
• Reliable, team‑focused, and organized
