Our products consist of New England Coffee, French Market Coffee, Luzianne Iced Tea, Blue Plate Mayonnaise, Swans Down Cake Flour, Tiger Sauce, and Carroll Shelby Chili (to name a few) and can be found in foodservice and retail locations around the country.
Job Summary: Coordinates the work of internal maintenance staff and/or external contractors charged with the maintenance and repair of company manufacturing equipment.

Takes maintenance requests from employees, vendors and contractors and creates work orders

Assesses requests and schedules preventative/regular maintenance, expediting emergency repairs

Maintains preventative maintenance history of all equipment in the plant

Identifies and selects external contracts or vendors, and may negotiate contracts

Keeps safety records on vendors and contractors who visit the facilities

Ensures that repairs are completed in accordance with internal policies and service agreements

Serves as the Subject matter expert for the Computerized Maintenance Management System

Implements technical improvements to streamline work order processing and tracking between Redzone and maintenance software

Pulls KPI reports weekly from maintenance software informing Maintenance Manager of any issues

Assigns asset ID’s for all equipment and parts

Performs cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

Follows all safety procedures and actively participates in safety training and safety system ownership initiatives

Maintains safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and person; reports any injury, accident or unsafe condition to supervisor immediately

Supports and complies with GMP’s; understands and follows emergency action plan

Supports food safety, quality and legality

Ensures the operation is providing food-safe, quality products which meet or exceed all product specifications and regulatory requirements
